Warranty Policy

All Nemalux products come with a three year limited warranty to the original purchaser. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Nemalux Inc.’s entire liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at Nemalux Inc.’s option, either the (a) repair or (b) replacement of the product, which is returned to Nemalux Inc. freight prepaid with a copy of the original purchase receipt.

If failure has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, Nemalux Inc. shall have no obligation to repair or replace the product. In no event shall Nemalux Inc. be responsible for incidental or consequential damage caused by defects in its products, whether the damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or repair, and whether or not the damage is caused by the negligence of Nemalux Inc.
